Axeman, not all of Ray-Bans' lenses are plastic, but they do have some styles with plastic lenses. If you visit the Rayban website and do an advanced search, you will see that CR39 is a lens option under Lens Technology. Those are the ones with plastic lenses.

Lynelle, we don't sell them, but you may be able to find what you're looking for on eBay. Just do a search for "Ray-Ban case." Good luck!
